What is the Sanskaar Workshop?

The Sanskaar Workshop is a live online program by Enlightened Circle Foundation that explores one of the most fundamental yet overlooked dimensions of human life — the deep-rooted habits, conditioning, and patterns that silently shape the way we think, feel, and behave every single day. The word Sanskaar in Sanskrit refers to the impressions, values, and conditioned patterns that are formed within us over a lifetime — through upbringing, culture, relationships, and experience. Some of these patterns serve us well. Many, however, become invisible barriers that hold us back from living with the freedom, awareness, and authenticity we truly seek. The Sanskaar Workshop gently but powerfully brings these patterns into the light of awareness. Through guided meditation, reflection, and wisdom-based inquiry, participants begin to recognise the conditioning that drives their automatic responses — and discover the space to consciously choose a different way of being. Conducted live online via Zoom, this workshop is open to seekers across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and throughout India. It is a meaningful standalone experience as well as a valuable complement to the Foundation Program and Dhyan Yog.

About the Sanskaar Workshop

The Sanskaar Workshop is rooted in the understanding that real transformation is not about adopting new habits or forcing change from the outside. It begins with awareness — the ability to see clearly what is already happening within us, without judgement or resistance.

In this workshop, participants are guided through a process of honest self-inquiry, supported by the wisdom teachings of the Enlightened Circle Foundation and grounded in contemporary meditation practice.
