Dhyan Yog  is a 5-day live online program that combines guided meditation practice with deep spiritual understanding. Each session is carefully structured to build upon the last, taking the seeker progressively deeper into the experience of awareness and inner silence.

The program runs over 5 days with live guided meditation sessions, wisdom talks, and interactive discussions. Each session is designed to build progressively, so regular attendance across all days is strongly recommended.

Some prior exposure to meditation is helpful, though not strictly required. If you are completely new to meditation, we recommend beginning with the ECF Foundation Program, which provides the foundational understanding and practice to prepare you for Dhyan Yog.
