The Foundation Program is Enlightened Circle Foundation’s flagship online meditation course — a carefully crafted, life-enhancing journey designed for anyone who is ready to bring more peace, clarity, and balance into their everyday life. Most of us have never been taught how to deal with the mind. We go through years of formal education learning about the world outside, but nobody teaches us how to understand the world within — our thoughts, emotions, reactions, and the deeper patterns that shape how we experience life. The Foundation Program fills this gap. Over a series of live online sessions conducted via Zoom, this program equips you with two essential tools: the right understanding of life — psychological, emotional, and spiritual — and a simple, contemporary meditation practice that is easy to follow even for a complete beginner. Together, these two elements create a powerful foundation for a life that is genuinely balanced, purposeful, and deeply fulfilling. The program is conducted live online via Zoom, allowing seekers from across Delhi NCR and India to participate without any disruption to their daily schedule. Once completed, participants are invited to continue their journey with the more advanced Dhyan Yog – The Master Key program.
